“ Came here for desert and shared a Mango/Strawberry bingsu with a friend. She is lactose intolerant so when we saw that it was served with condensed milk and whipped cream, she unfortunately had to dodge most of the desert. The old menu photos taken for Yelp mention using milk and cream; I don't remember if the current menu did the same so I suppose that mistake is on us. However, I wish that those ingredients were made more obviously visible. I've never seen bingsu mixed with milk either, so bringing Lactaid for my friend wasn't a given for me. Aside from that hiccup, I enjoyed the bingsu. The milk added a really nice sweetness that I had never tasted with shaved ice before, and the ice itself was easily chewable. The mangos threw me off a bit since they were tougher and less sweet than I expected. Hopefully the quality of mangos are usually riper. I also appreciated how spotless the seating area was. The wooden floors looked recently polished and the unused tables did not have any crumbs. I've noticed that the Katy Chinatown as a whole tends to be very consistent with maintaining cleanliness. As a native Pearlander, the Bellaire Chinatown is already far enough but I do recommend the drive down I-10 sometimes; it really is a different experience. ”
“ It was my first time going to bingsu, and I was welcomed with grace by mia.she recommended the mango and strawberry bing su and Korean corn dog.it was a good experience and the food was amazing.the only complain I have is how much I love it here.would definitely recommend in. ”
“ Love the ambiance and their variety of desserts. My daughter loves their shave ice with strawberries and mango. It's so refreshing and s has so much flavor. ”
“ Food 4/5 The Fresh Mango Bing Su (size Small) was perfect for my girlfriend and me. Some pieces of the mango were "tough" to eat because they were tart/hard, and some pieces were "old". The shaved ice was really good! The texture was good, the sweetness was just right, and the whipped cream hit the spot. Service 4/5 The cashier was nice and friendly, and they were vocally loud when calling out the orders. Nice job! Aesthetic/Ambiance 4/5 Everything was nice, including the green wall with neon signage. Definitely a place to take some photos! The tables we sat it looked a little dirty, but it was overall good. We ate our food on the tray lol. I wish they stayed open later! 9pm seems too early for a weekday. Maybe extend an extra hour? Price 3/5 I would come back again! ”
“ We enjoyed some tasty mango cheesecake and mango strawberry sul bing su on a busy Friday night. I loved that both bowls were piled high with toppings, creating a careful balancing act to maximize topping tastiness with the yummy ice/milk layers below. Service was prompt, and the bowls are also deceptively large. I liked that there were board games available to borrow as well. Overall, I would recommend anyone looking for a sweet treat! ”
“ Great hang out place! The workers are always nice! My favorite thing to get here is the potato corndog with half mozzarella cheese and half hot dog. It is so filling and I love the quality and amount of food I get for the price. I have also tried their mochi donuts which are so cute btw but I just don't think they're worth the price unfortunately. They taste great though! I have also tried the strawberry cheesecake bingsu and oreo bingsu. Both are super delicious and worth the price. I mean all of their sizes are huge too for the prices you pay. Go here for the corn dogs/bing su! ”
“ Really enjoyed my visit to Bing Su. Tried the churro mochinut. It was delightful. Churro flavor with the slight chewiness of mochi. Just perfect. Also tried the strawberry cheesecake bing su. Must try! The cheesecake bites were fresh and so were the strawberries. The condensed milk with the shaved ice makes for a perfect dessert. They also have the Korean style corn dogs which are worth a try if you've never tried. ”
“ We got their mango and strawberry Bing su (Korean shaved ice) - we and our kids enjoyed it. It was sweet but not too too sweet. They also have hot dogs and mochi donuts. ”
“ Half & Half: I ordered the half mozzarella and half beef sausage Korean corndog, and it was delicious. The batter was perfectly done, with a good amount of crispiness and softness. My favorite part was the mozzarella, which was delightfully stringy with every bite. However, I found the beef sausage to be a bit plain for my taste. 9/10 Original: I wasn't a fan of their beef sausage, but I'm considering trying their jumbo hotdog to see if it's any better. The batter, on the other hand, was enjoyable with its good texture. I would recommend trying the half & half option. The sauces I tried were decent. 8/10 Service: The staff was friendly, providing great service. 10/10 ”
